Rock Springs is expanding with the opening of a new Cedar Park facility called Changes. Changes will open with a ribbon cutting Jan. 15 at 4 p.m. at 1335 E. Whitestone Blvd., Ste. 200, Cedar Park. Therapy programs begin Jan. 22 at the Cedar Park facility.
