City Council approves rezoning for Randalls
The Leander City Council approved rezoning 55 acres for a town center on March 14 that is slated to include the grocery chain Randalls.
The development, steered by The Lookout Group, is located southwest of the intersection of Lakeline Boulevard and Crystal Falls Parkway. It was previously zoned for single families but can now include commercial, local office space and town homes.
Following resident feedback, the developer and the Leander planning and zoning commission amended aspects of the original design and application to include more greenbelt areas and higher architectural standards.
