Nonprofit Austin Dog Alliance plans to build a 2,800-square-foot kennel and education center on its property at 1321 W New Hope Drive, Cedar Park. The facility will allow the nonprofit to expand several programs, including PTSD Service Dogs for Veterans and S+CORE, a program for job skills training and placement for adults with disabilities. Staffers hope to break ground on the facility in August, and fundraising is underway.
