Buttercup Creek, Cedar Park
This month's featured neighborhood is Buttercup Creek. The neighborhood is surrounded by oak trees, parks, pools and recreational areas, and is bordered on one side by a natural wildlife preserve. Residents are minutes away from shops, restaurants and entertainment venues at Lakeline Mall to the south and the 1890 Ranch shopping center to the north. Buttercup Creek began as a community of starter homes in the early 1980s and now offers homes of many sizes and price ranges. The neighborhood is located within the Leander ISD school district.
