Over the Top Quilting Studio, located at 200 Buttercup Creek Blvd., Ste. 111, celebrated its one-year anniversary in Cedar Park on Feb. 12. The business was started in Westlake 15 years ago by sisters Chris Wenz and Susan Rubino and offers quilting classes as well as quilting machines for rent and purchase.
