This month's neighborhood section features Cold Springs, located on Ronald Reagan Boulevard in Leander, north of Cedar Park and just south of East Crystal Falls Parkway. In 2009 developers began building houses, many of which feature covered patios, granite counters and tiled flood. Cold Springs has a community center with a pool and playground, and is located near the 1890 Ranch shopping center and Cedar Park Center in Cedar Park. The neighborhood also has access to the city of Leander's planned Lake Lakewood park.
