Since Leander Beer Market opened in September 2014, co-owner Genc Krasniqi has added new food and drink options for customers and plans to open a second location nearby.
“People have given us very positive feedback on the food and the choices of beer and the prices,” Krasniqi said.
Krasniqi said he also expanded the restaurant’s coffee options—despite working from a small kitchen—and added Italian lunch and dinner specials based on menu items from his other restaurant that closed in 2015, Luigi’s Ristorante Italiano.
“We’re doing catering from [the] Luigi’s [menu] from the kitchen of Leander Beer Market,” he said.
