A new multifamily complex has completed its first construction phase and is now leasing, according to a Nov. 16 release from Rosewood Property Co. and Trinsic Residential Group. Construction on the Northwest Austin development is expected to be complete in April.
Aura Avery Ranch, a 339-unit complex, has one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units at the intersection of 183A Toll and Avery Ranch Boulevard. Rents will range from $1,300 to $2,400.
Community amenities will include a clubhouse, a fitness center, a pool, a dog park, a deck with gas grills, a yoga lawn, a hammock lawn and an outdoor fireplace.
The development is across from the under-construction Dell Children's Medical Center on Avery Ranch Boulevard.
