Texas-based James Avery Artisan Jewelry opened The Artisan at James Avery Plaza in September. The development houses a regional office for the company, a James Avery retail store and additional space for other office tenants.
The 9-acre office development totals 38,595 square feet, including the 22,000-square-foot regional office and 16,000 square feet for commercial tenants, according to a Dec. 20 company release. The building was designed in "homage to the craft of jewelry-making." The company sells women’s and men’s jewelry designed in Kerrville, Texas.
The building is surrounded by live oak trees, green spaces and pedestrian trails "to emulate the retreat-like experience found in their Hill Country headquarters."
“Although our corporate offices will remain in Kerrville, as they have for over 65 years, we’re excited to expand our facilities in Cedar Park,” CEO John McCullough said in the release. “Our teams have worked very hard on the impressive building and beautiful workspace.”
