"We are trying to keep up with the residential and commercial growth in Leander," Sudderth said. "We try to be a good one-stop shop for the landscapers, contractors, et cetera, and we are looking to be the leader in this area."

Garden soil and stone are the best-selling products, he said.

"We blend our own soil, and we sell yards and yards and yards of it," Sudderth said.

Also very popular is the Oklahoma patio stone, which is often used for pools, patios and outdoor fireplaces, Office Manager Gwen Cacciatore said. Limestone is a top seller as well, she said, and if customers want to display popular college team's colors, they can use Mexican red granite or the Longhorn patio stone.

"I named it the Longhorn stone because it comes in [University of Texas] burnt orange," Cacciatore said. "And the Mexican red granite looks just like the [Texas] A&M maroon."

The products come mostly from Mexico, Central Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona and Colorado, and Sudderth said an expansion is underway to offer a larger variety of materials and more of each product.

Cacciatore, one of the company's five full-time employees, said the company would not be successful without loyal customers.

"I tell my customers: You came in as a customer, and you left as a friend," she said.

Paul Fuller, owner of Paul's Lawns, said he appreciates the service he receives when working with Enchanted Rock & Landscape Supplies.

"They deliver when they say they will," Fuller said. "I have worked with them for 10 years, and they take good care of me as a customer. They treat me like I want to be treated."
