The Williamson County Bagel Company held a soft opening for its new storefront near the border of Cedar Park and Leander in late August.
What’s on the menu
At the family-owned shop, customers can build their own bagels from an array of types and cream cheese spreads, or choose from a menu of sandwiches, including:
- The Alex: An everything bagel, plain cream cheese, gravlox, tomato, cucumber, capers, onion, lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper
- The McConaughey: A sesame bagel, black forest ham, brie and French butter
The bagels are hand-rolled, boiled and baked in-house every day. The business also serves coffee, juice and sodas, and plans to begin selling beer and wine in September, owner Alexandra Lawson said.
