Paris Baguette, an international bakery cafe chain, is slated to open in Cedar Park.
The bakery serves a variety of French-inspired pastries, cakes, sandwiches and coffee drinks. Baked goods are prepared by bakers trained over a six- to eight-week period, Cedar Park franchise owner Sushma Koritala said.
After 18 years of working in the IT industry, Koritala wanted to pursue her passion for food by bringing Paris Baguette to her community in the Cedar Park and Leander area, she said.
“What especially I liked about them is the quality and the excellent customer service and kind of an innovation towards the product itself,” Korilata said about Paris Baguette.
