The local business owned by Tim Kwon offers a variety of bentos and sushi options such as sashimi and nigiri rolls. The upscale, omakase-style restaurant specializes in Bluefin Tuna and receives fresh fish more than three times a week, Kwon said.
Additional menu items include ramen, appetizers, salads, bowls, tempura and entrees such as chicken teriyaki and wagyu steak. Desserts such as cheesecake and fresh fruit tarts are also available, as well as alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks.
