The Crossover in Cedar Park gained three food trucks as well as two new restaurants near the ice rink in early February.

Owned by Javi Maggiolo, Coat & Thai, Have a Taco and Habibi ATX are the newest additions to the sports complex’s existing food truck park.

Coat & Thai offers several different versions of pad thai, a company representative said, as well as egg rolls, dumplings, crab rangoon, spring rolls and stir-fry.

At Have a Taco, customers can order various Mexican cuisine offerings, such as tacos, nachos, quesadillas, burritos, and chips and dip.

Habibi ATX is a Mediterranean and Greek food truck serving wraps and bowls with different vegetables and protein options.

The food trucks are all Maggiolo’s second locations with the first being in Austin on Barton Springs Road.

In addition to the three new food trucks, Maggiolo opened pizza shop Whole Lotta Pie and The Kitchen indoors, next to The Crossover’s ice rinks. The Kitchen is available through the bar and offers food items such as lobster rolls, sweet potato fries, turkey wraps and hummus dip.
