Here are four road projects that are coming up or already under construction in the cities of Bryan and College Station, as well as Brazos County, according to city officials and capital improvement project information. This list is not comprehensive.
Hardy Weedon Traffic Signal & Road Improvement Phase 1
Project: This project includes reconstruction of approximately 3,000 linear feet of Hardy Weedon Road from its intersection with State Highway 30 to the city limits at Reveille Estates, as well as the installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Hardy Weedon Road and State Highway 30. Phase 1 includes the installation of the traffic signal and a short section of road reconstruction.
Update: The city expects the delivery and start of installation of the traffic signals in August.

- Cost: $835,180
- Funding source: fiscal year 2028 bonds
Bristol Street & Esther Boulevard Drainage Improvements
Project: This project will replace the existing storm sewer collection system to increase capacity to Burton Creek, as well as install new storm sewers within existing rights of way.
