Brunch and egg hunts: 7 things to do for Easter in Aggieland

An eggcellent weekend

Kids can hunt for eggs filled with fun surprises during the second annual Easter Egg Hunt at Wellborn Market, a weekly farmers and craft market. The egg hunt is divided into two age groups.

College Station’s A&M United Methodist Church hosts a community Easter egg hunt for children ages 0-13. The event includes crafts, games, a bounce house, a playground and a hotdog lunch. Egg hunts are divided by age.

Bryan Elks Lodge No. 0859 hosts a family-friendly Easter celebration with an Easter egg hunt and picture opportunities with the Easter bunny. Children should bring their own basket for the egg hunt.

Families are invited to enjoy games, music, vendors and an egg hunt at the community Easter egg hunt put on by St. James and Castle Heights churches.

Century Square hosts a pop-up Easter extravaganza featuring photos with the Easter bunny, free face painting, balloon art and a DJ. Participating retailers will also be giving out free treat-filled Easter eggs.
