A new eight-unit apartment complex from Arete Development Partners is headed to south Bryan soon.
The gist
According to Zillow, the 8,276-square-foot lot sits in the Bryan Midtown Railyard District and is zoned for residential use by the city of Bryan. As stated in Facebook post, the development company closed on the property in the Subar subdivision in late September.
Arete said it is excited to continue investing in the growth of the Bryan-College Station community and is glad to bring another project to life.
