Luxury apartment complex Asher College Station marked its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony April 11.
Although construction was mostly finished last October, the ceremony with the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce introduced the new gated residential community two years after construction began.
What they offer
Asher features luxury amenities including a pool, walking trail, clubhouse and game room with a pool table and simulated golfing. Leasing prices start at $1,505 for a one-bedroom apartment and range up to $3,095 for three-bedroom units, officials said.
