Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) in Bryan, Texas is partnering with US Modules to host an on-site hiring fair on Monday, October 26, from 2-5 p.m. to connect local job seekers with more than 100 direct-hire manufacturing opportunities in College Station. US Modules is a College Station-based manufacturer at the forefront of developing utility-scale solar modules supporting large-scale solar farm projects, strengthening America's energy independence and supply chain. The company is looking to hire production operators and quality operators with starting pay at $18 per hour, as well as quality technicians earning $20 to $22 per hour. Day and night shifts are available, with an additional $1 per hour shift differential for overnight employees. The 12-hour schedules that provide three- and four-day weekends each week.

All positions are direct hire and include 100% company-paid employee health insurance, holiday and paid time off offerings and catered lunches once per week. Employees will work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment with new robotic equipment.
