Shipley Do-Nuts has expanded its Aggieland presence in Bryan, opening a third location between Chic-fil-A and Popeyes.

The gist

Construction of the third Bryan Shipley Do-Nuts location started in 2025 and cost $1.7 million, according to the state filings. A spokesperson from Shipley Donuts previously told Community Impact in April that it was “looking forward to opening a newest location in Bryan on West Villa Maria Road by the end of the summer.”

The fifth-overall location in the Bryan-College Station area, Shipley sells a variety of pastries, including donuts, kolaches and sweet rolls, as well as coffee. According to Shipley Bryan-College Station’s Facebook page, the team assembled put “countless hours, hard work, and a whole lot of heart into bringing this new location to our community.”

The impact

The new location is on West Villa Maria and opened to the public last week. Located next to Walmart and other chain restaurants, the new store is a locally owned and operated branch of Shipley Do-Nuts.
