College Station is now home to Liberty Hearing Center, offering care for pediatric to senior patients, along with implant services and screenings.
About Liberty Hearing Center
Founded by Chris Duhon and Carly Hall, the duo said the main goal of the center is to provide hearing services to the people of the Brazos Valley.
Duhon, a veteran, said his experience in the military has guided him to help others prevent hearing loss and conduct mass screenings.
“As a veteran, I believe this community will be very receptive to our services,” Duhon said. “I always want to take care of others who have served.”
Hall's specialized services include pediatric hearing services. Liberty Hearing Center says she is the only audiologist in the Brazos Valley to offer infant and pediatric screenings. She also offers Cochlear implants for those suffering from severe hearing loss.
The impact
The BCS Chamber of Commerce welcomed both doctors into the community with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Sept. 8.
College Station City Council member Bob Yancy attended the ribbon-cutting, wishing the practice well. He also said with an increasing senior population, healthcare services are critical to College Station’s future.
What else?
Located in the PNC Bank office building, the practice is centrally located for residents of College Station and Bryan. Duhon said the practice was just approved to take Medicare and is actively working to accept other forms of insurance and referrals.
