The Owl Pub & Grill in downtown Bryan is expanding to next door with a new stage, bar and more seating just in time for its second anniversary.
What The Owl offers
The pub, which opened in Nov. 2024, serves a variety of alcoholic beverages, foods and has several in-house activities.

About the expansion
Event Manager Chloe Wright told Community Impact the bar bought out the lease of a boutique next door for the expansion.
“We just started the process of knocking down the walls and laying down concrete,” she said. “We’re adding a lot of new seating, a whole new bar and a stage for musical acts that we have every week.”
Wright said the expansion is in response to increased customer traffic and support from the community.
“We have seen a large uptick in guests over the time since I started, so that’s a huge reason for our expansion,” Wright said. “We are very thankful for that community support.”

The expected completion of the expansion is to coincide with the bar’s “Owltoberfest” celebration in October and the pub's second anniversary, which is something Wright said everyone is looking forward to.
