Harris County officials help cut the ribbon on a new GRADcafé in the Gulfton and Sharpstown neighborhood Feb. 10—marking it as the first location to open in Precinct 4.

GRADcafé is a program of the Tejano Center that offers free services to help Harris County graduates navigate career and college opportunities. Services include helping with college enrollment, financial aid, career planning, college transition and goal setting.
The center also offers a mentorship program for aspiring young adults and grad scholars to engage with a mentor who can offer assistance with the varied aspects of choosing a career path, networking, college exploration, skill development and creating a career or college plan.
