Its most notable offerings include signature sandwiches such as the Santa Fe Chicken, Roast Beef Melt and the French Dip. This is in addition to the shop’s customizable sandwich option where patrons can craft their own roll on white or wheat bread.
For those craving a little something different, Murphy’s Deli also specializes in pressed paninis, wraps, pitas, pasta bowls, salads, soups and burgers, according to its online menu. Early bird patrons can enjoy breakfast tacos, burritos and biscuits comprised of different toppings and condiments as well.

Construction of the 3,051-square-foot site is slated to begin Oct. 15, according to the TDLR filing. The estimated completion date for this project is set for February 2027.
