Bellaire households can now receive around-the-clock laundry service at a new laundromat on the corner of Chimney Rock Road and Bissonnet Street.
The setup
The 24-hour location, aptly named Wash24 Laundromat, is currently welcoming customers for its soft opening period, officials confirmed. Its first day of business was Aug. 1, with limited-time deals still ongoing in celebration of the location opening its doors.
The laundromat is owned by Laura Osorio, officials told Community Impact.
The specifics
No matter the load size or type, clients can utilize Wash24’s multi-sized washing and drying machines to handle their every day laundry needs.
Each machine on-site is routinely sanitized within the fully air conditioned laundromat, complete with restrooms maintained consistently throughout the day, officials said.
A unique offering of Wash24 is its drop-off option, which allows clients to bring in and drop off their items to be washed, dried and folded by a professional on-site team. Also available 24 hours, clients are able to return at their designated pickup time once their order has been fulfilled, according to the company's website.
Wash24’s self-service route allows clientele to come in and manage their own laundry at their individual pace, officials said.
Beyond these services, Wash24 even offers curated solutions for local businesses, medical offices, Airbnb hosts and restaurants by specializing in linen, uniform and bulk laundry management, per website information.
