The Austin-based dental company recently opened its second Houston location in the Upper Kirby area and plans to open another studio in Montrose.

Swish Dental offers preventative and restorative dentistry, as well as cosmetic services such as teeth whitening and Invisalign, as previously reported by Community Impact.
Additionally, the practice covers dental emergencies, including broken or chipped teeth, tooth pain or bleeding gums.
The company now has studios in the Heights and Upper Kirby areas, and is set to open a third office in Montrose later this fall.
About the company
Founded in 2017 by Dr. Viraj Desai, the dental franchise operates across Central Texas. Last year, the company announced the opening of four new locations in 2025, with three being in Houston.
In a note posted on the website, Dr. Desai said she started the practice to “change the way people feel about the dentist” and to encourage the “empowerment of women in dentistry.”
The company celebrated the Upper Kirby opening as its 20th studio, stating on social media, “We’re excited to continue expanding access to modern, high-quality dental care and to keep serving the communities that make Swish so special.”
