A 466-acre tract of land west of I-45 in League City, which is slated to be part of the proposed multi-use Midline development, is one step closer to being rezoned as a planned unit development.
What you need to know
League City City Council voted 7-1 at its Aug. 12 meeting for the first reading of a request to rezone 466 acres of land to create a PUD—a type of zoning that allows for different types of development in the same place.
The land is generally located south of FM 528, north of Grissom Road, and between Bay Area Boulevard and West NASA Boulevard, according to previous reporting by Community Impact.
