‘Acting My Age’: Kevin Hart
Comedian Kevin Hart will perform at the Smart Financial Centre for his “Acting My Age Tour.” The event will be a phone-free experience with designated phone-use areas.
The Texas Medical Center hosts a showing of “Pitch Perfect” at Helix Park. Families can bring a mat or towel to sit on and can purchase concessions, including fresh popcorn, candy and drinks. The code “TMC3” can be used to validate two hours of parking.

Little Woodrows Rice Village location hosts this cultural celebration which features live music, stein-hoisting, German games and pretzels and bratwursts. Oktoberfest events are ongoing throughout the month, and celebrations at the icehouse’s Midtown, Katy and Webster locations take place Sept. 21.
The Magnolia Fall Fest Market will feature over 90 vendors, face painters, pictures in the pumpkin patch, kids crafts and a special character appearance.

Fall Fest Sugar Land
This seasonal event at Sugar Land Town Square will have hayrides, face painting and caricature drawings, live music and more autumn-themed festivities.
Guests can enjoy food from local restaurants, local and Texas wineries, live music and craftsmanship of local vendors at The Ranch on McKeever event venue. Vendors include Infuse Wine Bar, Be Well Skin Care, Blue Mule Winery, Kizz My Legacy Winery and Rusty Hook Winery. The $25 entry price includes a wine flight.
This event at Discovery Green celebrates Hispanic heritage through music, art and food. It features live Latin artists, folkloric performers and food vendors from several Latin countries.
This 10K, 5K, family and Kids K event hosted by Rice University Athletics invites students, alumni and fans to represent the school. Participants are encouraged to represent their favorite college in a sprint through Rice University.
The Webster Professional Firefighters Association hosts this fundraiser for Shriners Children’s Texas hospital in Galveston at Chicken N Pickle. Participants can enter as two-person teams in this family-friendly, all ages tournament.
