Ale & Ivy, a Spring, Texas-based restaurant and sports bar, is set to join the shops and restaurants at the Flyway development in Webster.

Webster Economic Development representatives confirmed the restaurant and karaoke bar will open by early 2026 at a 2.58-acre site along the Flyway Boardwalk, which is an ongoing project at the multi-use retail center.
This location will have an expansive outdoor patio highlighting Clear Creek views and is meant to enhance the boardwalk experience, representatives said.
