Fiamo Pizza, a family-owned pizzeria, soft opened in League City in August, said Dior Cannoli, whose family owns the shop.
On the menu
The menu will offer fire-crafted artisanal pizzas featuring house-made dough, as well as pasta and sandwiches.
Fiamo Pizza makes its ingredients in-house and its pizzas are made with non-bromated and non-bleached dough. Cheese blocks are also grated in-house, Cannoli said.
"It's the healthiest pizza you could possibly get," Cannoli said.
