Bastrop residents can have personal documents properly disposed of during First National Bank Bastrop's annual Community Shred Day event April 12.
In a nutshell
Eligible items that can be shredded include:
- Old bank statements
- Expired credit cards
- Outdated insurance documents
- Unused checks
- Other sensitive documents
FNB officials said the event is open to everyone; however, participants should only bring up to two boxes each.
