Husband-and-wife duo Daniel and Adelita Sanchez are now serving Mexican-inspired smash burgers and other comfort food at Bastrop’s Chestnut Grove Food Truck Court.
The eatery’s motto is “fuego, sabor y pasión,” which translates to “fire, flavor and passion.”

In a nutshell
Daniel Sanchez described the menu as American with a Mexican twist—inspired by a fusion of the couple's Mexican roots with an American classic: the hamburger.
He added that the pair moved to Bastrop because Adelita Sanchez was raised here.
"We love it," he said.
