Central Texans can expect warmer temps and drier weather in the next week[/caption]
From Fox 7 Weather Chief Meteorologist Scott Fisher:
After some much needed rain things are again drying out across Central Texas, and high pressure will be the dominant weather feature for a few days.
As for the tropics, while the National Hurricane Center has scaled back their forecast, at this point in the season we must remain on the lookout for tropical systems. Look for highs just a few degrees above normal as we head into the weekend.
Please always remember: Stay weather aware!
