Dripping Springs ISD has extended its deadline to register kindergarten and pre-K students for the upcoming school year to May 1 in response to altered operations due to COVID-19.

The deadlines to submit all registration documents have been extended to Aug. 4, with the exception of proof of residency, which should be submitted to the registrar by May 1 for pre-K students, according to the district.

In order to enroll their children, parents or guardians must submit an online registration form, proof of residence, parent/guardian identification, birth certificate, Social Security card and immunization records. Some additional documentation is required for children whose guardians seek to enroll them for free pre-K.

Documents can be submitted in person Aug. 4 at the student's zoned campus or via the campus registrar's email.
