Garbo's Lobster will open its third brick-and-mortar seafood restaurant in Dripping Springs. Garbo's was founded in Austin by Heidi Garbo and her two sisters Hannah and Samantha Garbo. The restaurant will offer lobster rolls, live lobster dinners, fish and chips, oysters, and caviar.
