Mighty Fine Burgers opened its seventh location Jan. 23 in the Dripping Springs area at 165 Hargraves Drive, Ste. T100, Austin. The restaurant is located within Belterra Village. Mighty Fine offers burgers, fries and shakes. The restaurant is owned and operated by Tc4 & Co. Hospitality, which also owns other Central Texas restaurants including the League Kitchen & Tavern, Tony C’s Coal-Fired Pizza and Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden. 737-309-3463. www.mightyfineburgers.com

P. Terry’s Burger Stand opened a Dripping Springs location in the Ledge Stone Shopping Center on Jan. 18. According to Todd Coerver, P. Terry’s CEO, the location at 12680 W. Hwy. 290, Ste. 200, Dripping Springs, is a double drive-thru and features a walk-up window but does not include a dining room. P. Terry’s first opened in Austin in 2005 and since then has expanded to 24 locations in Austin and five in San Antonio. The Dripping Springs location is the 29th in Central Texas. The burger stand offers Angus beef burgers, chicken burgers and a veggie burger. Breakfast, desserts and milkshakes, including a shake of the month, are also on the menu. www.pterrys.com


Coming soon

HteaO will open in Ledgestone at 12680 W. Hwy. 290, Ste. 500, Dripping Springs, this spring. HteaO is a Texas-based franchise from Amarillo. The chain specializes in iced teas, and guests can choose from over 25 flavors of tea. Every month, HteaO offers a mix of the month, which is a combination of flavors to try. The Dripping Springs location will include a double drive-thru, and inside guests can self-serve from the different flavors of tea as well as choosing from a variety of fresh fruit to include in their drink. www.hteao.com

Amy’s Ice Creams plans to open a location in Dripping Springs as part of the Ledgestone development at 12400 Hwy. 290, Ste. 450, Austin. The completion of the project is estimated in late 2023 or early 2024. Amy’s was established in 1984 in Austin and has expanded to San Antonio and Houston. Amy’s handcrafts ice creams, fruit ices and frozen yogurt. www.amysicecreams.com

Dutch Bros Coffee is developing plans for a potential opening in 2024 near Ledgestone and Belterra Village in Dripping Springs. According to Warlan Rivera, planner with the city of Dripping Springs, the site will be located at 12400 U.S. 290, Dripping Springs, near Ledgestone Drive. Plans have not yet been approved. Dutch Bros is a drive-thru coffee chain based in Oregon. The menu includes specialty coffees, teas, smoothies, energy drinks and soda. The coffee drive-thru has another location in South Austin at 9605 Menchaca Road, Austin. www.dutchbros.com
