A new luxury ranch development is in the works for Dripping Springs, featuring views of the Hill Country.

The Ranches at Dripping Springs will be located 3300 RR 165, Dripping Springs, about 10 minutes from downtown Dripping Springs, said Mark Clausen, a representative with real estate group The Veritas Group, representing the development.

Ranches At, the Texas-based developer under Clinard Properties, announced the plans for the development July 3.

The neighborhood will be gated with paved roads and wildlife exempt. Wildlife-exempt communities keep property taxes low by supporting the native wildlife in the area.

The development will consist of 23 land tracts from 14.5-20 acres with elevations up to 1,600 feet.

“Ranches At continue to make their mark on the Hill Country as the leaders in blending conservation with luxury,” The Veritas Group co-principal France Clausen said in a news release. “Ranches at Dripping Springs is the newest Ranches At community designed to appeal to discerning buyers in the market for a second home or legacy property in Texas.”
