Of the project's units, 238 will be income-restricted affordable units for residents earning 30%, 50% or 60% or less of the median income of the area, depending on the unit, according to Travis County documents.
The project is one of six that Travis County Commissioners Court on June 30 approved bond funding to support part o the development. Funding is not to exceed $35 million. Nonprofit TCC Hill Country Development Corporation is the official borrower of the funds.
