KURB Real Estate celebrated their new housing development in Southwest Austin, near Dripping Springs, with a ribbon cutting June 11.
The details
The over 60-acre residential area, called Escala Hills, will combine modern architecture with Hill Country elements into the single-family homes, officials said.
There will be 30 homesites available, with an average lot width of 150 feet, according to the developer website. Escala Hills will also feature outdoor trails and on-site amenities. Buyers will be able to choose from a selection of architects for custom-home builds.
Homesites are now available on the market, a KURB Real Estate representative said.
