Previously accepting only online orders, the women’s boutique is owned by Dripping Springs resident Jordyn Ketchum.
Ketchum launched The Palm Social Collection website on Sept. 28, and she began to offer women's fashion with new arrivals every week. Through encouragement from other community members, Ketchum says she decided to open the storefront.
"I did events and pop-ups," Ketchum said of her first few months with her business. "When I did Christmas on Mercer everyone asked me, 'Where's your store?' So I took the leap. This was something Dripping Springs needed."
The Palm Social Collection offers everyday women's fashion and lifestyle products ranging from clothing to shoes and accessories. Ketchum said she wants to have something for everyone, young or old, that makes them feel confident.
"My mom and I used to go shopping together; it was what we did for fun," Ketchum said. "This has always been something I've loved."
On Feb. 12, The Palm Social Collection hosted an in-store Galentine's event prior to its official opening March 3.
The Palm Social Collection is open Monday-Saturday. Shopping is available in store or online, and orders placed can be delivered or picked up in store.
