New York City-inspired eatery Eggman ATX is sprouting fresh roots on Barton Springs Road soon.
What to know
Owned by Rich Tavetian, the business is relocating its truck from its current location at 1311 S. First St., Austin to 1720 Barton Springs Road, Austin in December. The new location is part of The Picnic Food Truck Park.
Customers can still expect breakfast sandwiches featuring homemade sauces and kaiser rolls.
Community members in North Austin can check out the food truck’s offerings at its additional truck spot stationed in Mueller.

The company launched its Mueller location in September. Its menu offers sandwiches with fried eggs, cheese, variations of Eggman sauce, bacon, a pork sausage patty, sliced turkey and ham.
