The mobile cafe known as Parasol will be bringing its unique brand of sandwiches to downtown Buda at 400 N. Main St. at the Railswitch in early April. The food truck's featured menu items include the Chimichurry Steak Salad, Pork Karate Schnitzel Sandwich and a cornflake-crusted PBJ.

Eric Trumet, who is co-owner with Cate Kennedy, said this marks the first location of Parasol, and he is excited to create some community, feed family and friends, make some good food and have a good time doing it. 512-333-4543. Search Parasol on Facebook.
