A new location of chicken chain Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen opened at 15295 I-35, Buda, on Dec. 31. This location marks the restaurant’s first foray into Buda. The eatery is known for its chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, and sides ranging from Cajun rice and coleslaw to biscuits and mashed potatoes. Popeyes is open from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. for dine-in and drive-thru service. 737-667-1107. www.popeyes.com
