Texas Western Wearhouse folds, will close five locations permanently

Texas Western Wearhouse will close all five of its locations, including a San Marcos store that opened in July 2013 across I-35 from the Tanger Outlets at 4200 S. I-35, Ste. 200. The San Marcos location is expected to close in early 2021.

The Wearhouse sells Western wear, accessories and hats, with products from Ariat, Lucchese, Dan Post, Corral and Vaccari. According to the company's website, products are being steeply discounted while the store liquidates its inventory.
