The Dunbar Heritage Association will honor the life and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. with a wreath-laying ceremony at the Crossroads Memorial in downtown San Marcos before a silent walk to the Hays County Courthouse Square. It will be followed by a reception with free food and music at the Dunbar Recreation Center.
