What's brewing?
Grit & Gyle Brewing Co. officials confirmed with Community Impact that construction is set to begin in September. The $3 million building near downtown Kyle will occupy 6,250 square feet and house a brewery and production facility, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Officials said construction is expected to last 12-18 months.
