After 21 years, Pak Mail on Wonder World Drive has new owners.

Brothers Karan and Pranay Desai took over ownership of the local shipping office on June 1. Its previous owners, Judy Johnson, Richard Johnson and Gail Penn opened the business in 2003.

The Desais are from Lockhart, Texas. Karan Desai said they are excited to learn more about and get involved with the San Marcos community.

Pak Mail is an authorized shipping center for the United Parcel Service, FedEx, United States Postal Service, DHL and several freight carriers. On top of its existing services like copying, scanning, laminating, notarization, printing business cards and more, the Desais have added a few services including passport photos, shredding, office supplies and virtual mailboxes.
