It will be their third Scenthound location, and they said they have plans to open a total of five or six locations throughout Central Texas.2. Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Georgia-based Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers a variety of smoothies, flatbreads, wraps, sandwiches and breakfast items.3. ReWaxation


The Austin-based spa chain offers spray-tanning and body waxing with sugar or hard wax.4. Fayre Marketing

The new business consulting practice in Round Rock offers a variety of marketing strategy services including email marketing, digital media, direct mail and SMS messaging to small and mid-sized businesses.5. Velvet Taco

The brand's Round Rock menu will include its unique chef-driven tacos and signature margaritas. The location will feature a mural inspired by the history of Round Rock and the outlaw Sam Bass, commissioned by Eyeful Art out of Houston.Coming soon

6. 7 Brew Coffee


The Texas-based coffee chain 7 Brew Coffee offers a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, smoothies, shakes, and infused sparkling water.

7. Juiceland

JuiceLand will open in Round Rock at Rock Creek Plaza. The business known for its smoothies and juices, made with fruits, vegetables and healthy proteins.8. Nothing Bundt Cakes

The company makes bundt cakes for special occasions in a variety sizes and flavors. They also offer retail items, such as party supplies and decor. Along with over 500 locations nationwide, Nothing Bundt Cakes has shops in Pflugerville, Cedar Park, North Austin and Rollingwood.9. Swallow Wines

Owners Matt and Gabe Ellis said the venue will provide a cozy environment to experience and learn about wine. The business includes a private space intended for small dinner parties and wine-tasting events, while the back of the building will include a spacious patio and access to food trucks.10. Smiling Donuts


The Pflugerville doughnut shop Smiling Donuts is expanding to Round Rock in February.

The shop is locally owned by Jamie Muor, and the new location will sell its signature combo of doughnuts, pastries and boba teas.Relocations

11. Texas Top Team Martial Arts School

Texas Top Team Martial Arts School relocated within Round Rock. The school offers lessons in Brazilian jiujitsu, judo, wrestling and striking for all ages and skill levels.12. April Interiors


​​Owned by April Aduddell, the comprehensive firm offers services ranging from remodels to new construction and home redesigns. Aduddell said she relocated her business to be closer to her client base and to where her employees live.In the news

13. Daiso


A Daiso store is coming soon to Round Rock, according to permitting information from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, although an opening date is not available. The storefront will offer many Japanese-inspired goods, such as home decor, food items and stationery.
