Waffle House purchases land for first location in Round Rock
Austin-based Evergreen Commercial Real Estate announced June 3 that Waffle House has purchased a 0.612-acre lot in the northeast corner of the A.W. Grimes Boulevard and Roundville Lane, just south of SH 45 N, in Round Rock.
Starbucks opening new location June 7 in Round Rock
Starbucks will open another Round Rock location June 7. The location at 1951 N. I-35, Round Rock will feature a drive-thru, according to a Starbucks spokesperson.
