Austin-based burger chain Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes will open a new location on Ed Schmidt Boulevard in Hutto. Parent company Tc4 & Co. purchased the plot of land in between Chipotle and WhiteWater Express Car Wash and plans to build the restaurant there, though it does not have an expected timeline at this stage in the project. A Jason's Deli was originally planned for the site, but the project fell through.

The original Mighty Fine opened in 2007, and today Mighty Fine operates five restaurants throughout the Greater Austin area. The Hutto location will be the sixth. www.mightyfineburgers.com
